Pope Francis stated in 2019 that God loves all people, “even the worst.” But if you read Psalms 5:5 and Psalms 11:5, you will see that these texts clearly state that God hates the wicked. Why does 1 Peter 3:18 claim that the righteous died for the wicked, when Proverbs 29:27 says that the righteous hate the wicked? Because the unjust persecutors of the Roman Empire deceived, passing off their own words as those of the saints they persecuted. When I see the Pope cynically denying the few truths that remain in the Bible, it is impossible not to imagine corrupt councils where they decided the content of the Bible and where the Romans destroyed and hid words they had previously persecuted precisely because they had that purpose. They did not convert to the message of righteousness; they transformed that message into a message of injustice, and once transformed, they spread it. They did not convert to Christianity: they created that religion based on their adulterated texts, and they did not only create that religion. //39

Revelation 13:18 says, “Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.” No one calls those who cannot understand to understanding. Therefore, the message was never for all humanity, but only for those who understood. Rome—the promoter of the image of the beast—lied, because it never turned away from idols nor converted to righteousness. This agrees with Daniel 12:10: “Those who are wise will understand… but none of the wicked will understand.” And also with Daniel 12:3: “Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to the path of righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” Scripture is clear: 666 cannot be understood without understanding, and the ungodly lack it: 2 Peter 2:12: ‘These false teachers are like unreasoning animals…’ 1 Corinthians 2:14: ‘The natural man cannot understand…’ Proverbs 28:5: ‘Wicked men do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand all things.’ The Roman Empire remained ungodly because it was impossible for it to convert to righteousness. That is why it did not preach what it persecuted. Instead, it created Roman Christianity and its doctrine of undeserved love: an injustice presented as a virtue and defended with undeserved hatred against those who question it. If its idol is not worshipped, it becomes irritated against those who do not worship it; the beast slanders them.
